We are proud to share our journey of becoming one of the Top 5 Finalists in the ICT Startup Award 2025. This is one of the prestigious awards that celebrates Nepali tech startups leveraging ICT to create meaningful impact in Nepal’s digital ecosystem.
For years, we have showcased our products on national platforms that promote innovation and digital transformation in Nepal. Securing a spot among the Top 5 finalists is a moment of pride and motivation for us. And the journey to be a finalist was not easy.
In this blog, we reflect on our exciting, inspiring, and challenging journey from participation to becoming a Top 5 finalist in the ICT Startup Award.
Our journey began with applying for the ICT Startup Award, submitting detailed company and product information, and showcasing our vision for ARKBO Technologies. The competition was intense, with numerous startups across Nepal vying for recognition. Through rigorous evaluation, we secured a place among the Top 12 Semi-Finalists.
The ICT Fest and Startup Event was organized by the ICT Team along with several supporting organizations. It was held on 13 and 14 November 2025 at Anupam Foodland, Baneshwor. In this event, over 100 innovative companies showcased their products and solutions.
The ARKBO booth caught the attention of visitors, industry professionals, experts, and tech enthusiasts. Through live demonstrations, professional interactions, engaging games, and special offers, we connected with our audience, earned their votes, and created meaningful visibility. The engagement we received during the two-day event was incredibly encouraging and motivating.
After securing our place as semi-finalists, our representatives attended the Grand Jury Session, where expert jurors evaluated our technology, mission, impact, and scalability.
We presented ARKBO Technologies, explaining how our solutions empower the workforce, improve corporate systems, and create long-term value. This session allowed us to demonstrate the tangible impact of our technology and strengthened our position in the competition.
One of the most dynamic parts of the evaluation process was the Speed Dating Round, where each startup had only 180 seconds to pitch to evaluators. Our team delivered concise and compelling presentations, highlighting the benefits of our solutions for workforce management and corporate efficiency. The positive response from evaluators confirmed that our message was well-received and appreciated.
After relentless presentations and confidently showcasing our achievements to experts in the startup sector, ARKBO Technologies reached the Top 5 Finalists. This milestone reflects the hard work of our team and the support of our friends, family, users, partners, well-wishers, and the community.
