As a leadership and communication trainer, he has facilitated impactful workshops on emotional intelligence, effective communication, team collaboration, and change management, training more than 3,700 professionals from diverse organizations, including UNICEF, Save the Children, Yeti Airlines, and various INGOs, donor agencies, and government institutions.
