ARKBO Technology’s very own Bhusan Raj Giri participated as a key mentor in the two-day workshop organized under Adhyanta’s flagship initiative,
Roof of the World. Supported by USAID Trade and Competitiveness/Udhyam, this initiative aims to empower Nepali SMEs by equipping them with the tools and strategies to thrive in local and global markets. With a focus on fostering innovation, adaptability, and access to finance, the program addresses critical areas essential for sustainable business growth and resilience.
The workshop covered two major themes. On the first day, fintech expert Ajay Thapa led a session on digital marketing strategies, providing SMEs with actionable insights into enhancing their online presence and customer engagement. Participants explored practical methods to leverage digital platforms and innovative tools, enabling them to increase visibility and expand their market reach effectively. This session underscored the growing importance of digital transformation for businesses looking to stay competitive in an evolving marketplace.
On the second day, Bhusan Raj Giri facilitated a session on smart IT choices, guiding participants in selecting and implementing technological solutions to drive operational efficiency and scalability. The session highlighted how building a robust IT infrastructure and making informed technological investments can help SMEs navigate market complexities, streamline operations, and support long-term growth.
In addition to the workshop, selected SMEs receive ongoing Business Development Services (BDS) to enhance their adaptability and competitiveness further. Through this initiative, Adhyanta, with the invaluable support of USAID Trade and Competitiveness/Udhyam, is committed to connecting Nepali businesses with global opportunities. This collaborative effort strengthens the capacity of local enterprises to thrive in competitive markets, contributing to Nepal’s economic growth and sustainable development.
